Chain Sign Recipe: Spicy Chain Sign Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 lb chain sign, sliced thinly
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add the chain sign slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Remove the chain sign from the skillet and set aside.
Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Return the chain sign to the skillet and add the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and serve hot over rice or noodles.

Ingredients:

1 lb chain sign, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread chain sign, zucchini, onion, and bell peppers onto skewers.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush the skewers with the marinade.
Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chain sign is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Remove from grill and serve hot with a side of rice or salad.
