Spicy Tteokbokki with Indian Spices

Ingredients:

– 1 cup of tteokbokki rice cakes
– 1/2 cup of chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)
– 1/4 cup of tomato puree
– 1 tablespoon of Indian curry powder
– 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
– Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Steps:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

6. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice cakes are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
