Classic Singapore Dry Ban Mian

Ingredients:
– 200g Ban Mian noodles
– 100g minced meat (pork or chicken)
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp oyster sauce
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– Green vegetables of your choice
– Fried shallots for garnish
