Classic Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients:

– 24 Oreo cookies
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Crush 16 Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in sour cream until well combined.
5. Crush remaining 8 Oreo cookies and fold into the cheesecake batter.
