Classic Hokkien Noodles Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

250g Hokkien noodles
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, julienned
1 bell pepper, sliced
200g chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Boil Hokkien noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add carrot, bell pepper, and chicken, cook until chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked Hokkien noodles and toss to combine.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Spicy Garlic Hokkien Noodles

Ingredients:

250g Hokkien noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chili, sliced
200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Cook Hokkien noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
Add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked Hokkien noodles and toss to combine.
Serve hot and enjoy the spicy garlic goodness!
