Garlic Ginger Bok Choy Stir Fry

Ingredients:

– 1 lb bok choy, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add chopped bok choy to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted.
4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
5. Pour the sauce over the bok choy and continue to stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
