Easy Homemade Focaccia Bread Recipe: Using A Bread Machine

Classic Rosemary Focaccia Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select the dough setting and let the machine do the work of mixing and kneading the dough.
Once the cycle is complete, transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and press it out into a rectangular shape.
Sprinkle the top with additional chopped rosemary and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise for 30-45 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Follow the same steps as the classic rosemary focaccia recipe, adding the minced garlic to the dough before baking.
Sprinkle the top of the dough with grated Parmesan cheese before baking for added flavor.
