1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups dashi stock
2 eggs
1/2 lb cooked octopus, diced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup tenkasu (tempura scraps)
1/4 cup pickled ginger, chopped
Takoyaki sauce
Japanese mayonnaise
Bonito flakes

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, dashi stock, and eggs until smooth.
Heat a takoyaki pan and grease with cooking oil.
Pour batter into the pan, filling each mold halfway.
Add a piece of octopus, green onions, tenkasu, and pickled ginger into each mold.
Cook for a few minutes, then use a takoyaki pick to flip each ball over.
