Mega Chicken Yamarita Recipe


– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 cups vegetable oil for frying


– 1 cup buttermilk
– 1 tsp hot sauce
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika

1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips and place them in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the buttermilk, hot sauce, garlic powder, and paprika to create the marinade.
3. Pour the marinade over the chicken strips, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
4. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Dredge the marinated chicken strips in the seasoned flour mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
7. Carefully place the coated chicken strips in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
8. Remove the chicken yamarita from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.

Mega Chicken Yamarita Tacos


– 1 recipe of Mega Chicken Yamarita
– 8 small corn or flour tortillas
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


1. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
2. Place a few pieces of the Mega Chicken Yamarita in each tortilla.
3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.

– 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
– Balsamic vinaigrette dressing


1. Arrange the mixed salad greens on a large platter.
