Classic White Wantan Mee Recipe

Ingredients:

250g wantan mee noodles
150g char siu (Chinese BBQ pork), thinly sliced
8 wantan dumplings
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 cups chicken broth
Chopped spring onions for garnish

Steps:

Cook wantan mee noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Set aside.
In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add wantan dumplings and cook until they float to the surface, about 4-5 minutes.
Divide cooked noodles into serving bowls. Top with char siu slices and wantan dumplings.
