– 200g glutinous rice flour
– 100g grated coconut
– 100g gula melaka (palm sugar)
– Pandan leaves
– Pinch of salt
– Water


1. Start by preparing the gula melaka filling. Cut the gula melaka into small cubes and set aside.
2. In a pot, boil water with pandan leaves until fragrant. Remove the pandan leaves and add the gula melaka. Stir until completely dissolved.
3. Gradually add the glutinous rice flour into the sugar mixture, stirring constantly until a smooth dough forms.
4. Take a small piece of dough and flatten it. Place a piece of gula melaka in the center and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
5. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Drop the ondeh ondeh balls into the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface.
