Delicious Homemade Lasagna Recipe With Savory Ground Beef

Classic Beef Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package lasagna noodles, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
Spread a layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Top with a layer of noodles, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Cover the lasagna with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Beef and Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package lasagna noodles, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
Lay out a cooked lasagna noodle and spread a layer of the cheese mixture over it. Roll up the noodle and place it seam side down in a baking dish.
Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling, arranging the rolls in the baking dish.
Pour the meat sauce over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the lasagna rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy this unique twist on a classic dish!
