Coconut and Jaggery Laddoos

Ingredients:

– 2 cups grated coconut
– 1 cup grated jaggery
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
– 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
– Ghee for greasing

Steps:

1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the grated coconut. Roast until it turns slightly brown and fragrant.
2. Add the grated jaggery and mix well until it melts and combines with the coconut.
3. Add the chopped nuts and cardamom powder and mix well.
