Ingredients:

4 oz fresh salmon fillet
1/2 cup water or low-sodium chicken broth

Steps:

Steam or poach the salmon fillet until cooked through.
Remove any bones and skin from the salmon.
Place the cooked salmon in a blender or food processor.
Add the water or chicken broth and blend until smooth.
Transfer the puree to a bowl and allow to cool before serving to your baby.

Salmon and Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients:

4 oz fresh salmon fillet
1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced
1/2 cup water or low-sodium chicken broth

Steps:

Steam or poach the salmon fillet until cooked through.
In a separate pot, boil the sweet potato until soft.
Remove any bones and skin from the salmon.
Mash the cooked salmon and sweet potato together, adding water or chicken broth as needed to reach desired consistency.
Allow to cool before serving to your baby.

Ingredients:

4 oz fresh salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and corn), cooked and diced
1/4 cup whole wheat flour

1 egg, beaten
