Classic Amasi Scones

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
1/2 cup amasi
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cold butter and mix with a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
