2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
