Classic Seekh Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp ginger paste
– 2 tbsp coriander powder
– 1 tbsp cumin powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– Skewers

Steps:

1. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into long, thin kebabs around skewers.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan or on a barbecue grill.
4. Cook the kebabs, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and charred on all sides.
5. Serve hot with naan bread and mint chutney.

Tandoori Chicken Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into cubes
– 1 cup plain yogurt
– 2 tbsp tandoori masala

– Salt to taste
– Skewers

Steps:

1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.
4. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.
5. Cook the chicken kebabs for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked, turning occasionally.
6. Serve hot with rice and cucumber raita.
