Classic Tzatziki Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated and excess moisture squeezed out
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
