Classic Plantain Fufu

Ingredients:

2 ripe plantains
1 cup cassava flour
Water
Salt to taste

Steps:

Peel and chop the plantains into chunks.
In a pot, boil the plantains until soft.
Mash the plantains with a fork or potato masher.
In a separate bowl, mix the cassava flour with water to form a smooth paste.
Add the mashed plantains to the cassava paste and mix well.
Gradually add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.

1 cup cornmeal

Steps:
